Pursuant to the California Civil Code Article 3, ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION, Sections 5925 through 5965, _____________________________hereby requests Alternative Dispute Resolution pursuant to the Association's recorded Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), and Rules and Regulations (Rules), as specifically outlined in the letter previously mailed to you dated____________________________ and attached hereto. ____________________ will participate in mediation.
